Kathy Rain is a modern point and click game like the Wadjet Eye games. It's got high production values, with voice acting, high resolution support, and even controller support.
Since finishing Outriders, my brother and I have been looking for a new co-op game to play. He's not a really hardcore gamer, so isn't down to play everything, but he likes shooters and games with a lot of combat, so I figured Dead Island 2 might be up our alley.
Calling Dragon Age: The Veilguard divisive would be a massive understatement. This game is the long-awaited next entry in the popular Dragon Age series, and received really mixed reviews from players for being "woke" and a departure from the series' heavy RPG roots.
Another excellent entry in the Traitor Son cycle. The fighting, intrigue, and descriptions of weapons and armor remain top-notch, and the larger plotline is moved forward quite a bit, but I felt too much time was spent on less-interesting characters and the copyediting was rather weak.
It's been a while since my last NHL game - the last I had was 20 - and 24 was on sale so I decided to give it a go. I've heard good things about the gameplay, and I don't care about the pay to win modes.
My name's Mike, and this is the Lore Depository - my spot online where I can write out my thoughts on games, books, tech, movies, and anything else I find interesting.
My biggest project is my Game Library Project. I have a ton of games collected throughout the years, and have barely played any of them. Check out the linked post to learn more about the project, and click here to be taken to the category page where you can see all my posts for the project.
Another project I'm working on is my Pokemon Living Dex Challenge, where I try to obtain one of each available Pokemon and transfer them into Pokemon Home.
Yet another project I'm working on is my Old School RuneScape "Completionist" Quest, where I'm attempting to max out all skills and see everything the game has to offer as a completely new player.
